Words Of Inspiration: “My approach is to guide others back to their personal power and to give them the skills and confidence they need to fulfill their personal visions and goals. I am not the same person as I was a few years ago, my life has been transformed, therefore I understand what it takes to change and lead a life of compassion, fulfillment and peace. It all begins with an honest evaluation of ourselves. If we are not willing to be honest with ourselves then who can we be honest with?” |

| Additional Bio Sheila Fletcher-Guy is an advocate for change, growth and empowerment, Sheila brings a warm, humorous, yet firm manner when it comes to helping others in achieving their goals. For over thirteen years Sheila has studied everyone and everything that spoke of personal strength, personal growth and empowerment so that she could change her thought life and walk in the successful and prosperous life that she was born to have. While pursuing her life goal of having her own Coaching/Consulting business, this past summer Sheila was certified as a Transformational Leadership Coach. Her vision is to assist others in honestly evaluating their lives so that any hindrance they may have of achieving their goals can be removed. She states “Even though I have studied this subject for a long time, I only recently began to practice Leadership/Life Coaching. In that short period of time I have assisted several people in achieving their life’s goals: one recently completed their business plan and will be opening their own business soon; one has decided to leave one job to pursue the job of her dreams; and one has enrolled back in school so that they can complete their degree.” Sheila is also a volunteer for the NASA/Langley Chapter of Toastmasters as Vice President of Education to assist others in their public speaking skills; and volunteers in the community. All while trying to be the best wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and co-worker that she can be. |
